The site was subsequently transformed into LXX Sandhurst, a contemporary luxury lifestyle shopping and dining destination. The name LXX refers to the Roman numerals for 70, reflecting the property’s address.
Today, the site is home to LXX Sandhurst, which opened to the public on 25 July 2024. The development incorporates retail, restaurants, cafés, beauty and lifestyle businesses around a landscaped central piazza. Tenants include Checkers, tashas, Cowfish, NUDO Hair Lab and other retailers and restaurants.
