Image packs are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Can I choose which images I download?
Yes. Image packs allow you to select images from the available InfrastructurePhotos Marketplace collection.
Can I use the images commercially?
Commercial image purchases include a royalty-free commercial licence subject to the applicable licence terms.
Can I share my purchased image with someone else?
Licences apply to the purchaser and permitted uses. Images should not be redistributed, resold or made available as standalone files to third parties.
Do you offer exclusive images?
Yes. If you require exclusive use of a particular photograph, contact us to discuss exclusive licensing.

Welcome to Marketplace.InfrastructurePhotos (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), an online marketplace for licensing stock photography specialising in aerial, architectural, construction, and infrastructure imagery across South Africa and select African markets, operated by InfrastructurePhotos (“the Company“).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, purchasing image licences, and requesting custom photography or commissioned work. By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
