The Apex is the signature office building within Century City Square, forming the architectural focal point of the Bridgeways Precinct in Century City, Cape Town. Developed by Rabie Property Group, the building is recognised for its striking elliptical form and sleek glass façade, creating a contemporary landmark that anchors one of South Africa’s premier mixed-use developments. Completed in 2016, the eight-storey building was designed with sustainability and urban connectivity in mind. Its north-south orientation maximises natural daylight while reducing solar heat gain, and its elegant curtain wall façade provides panoramic views across Century City, Table Mountain and Cape Town.
