Developed for Investec Property and designed by Paragon Architects, the six-level office development has become one of Rosebank’s most distinctive contemporary buildings. Its elegant composition of glass, steel and sculptural sun-shading louvres creates a striking architectural identity while responding to Johannesburg’s subtropical climate through passive environmental design.
