22 Bree Street/22 On Bree, Cape Town

Completed in 2013, the development was constructed as the new Cape Town headquarters of Bowman Gilfillan, now known as Bowmans. The approximately R250 million development formed part of the transformation of Bree Street into a major corporate, legal and financial business district. Bowmans continues to occupy the building today, with its Cape Town office located at 22 Bree Street.

The approximately 20-storey building incorporates premium-grade office accommodation together with retail and other commercial facilities. Its design combines extensive glazing with a prominent external structural frame, giving the building its distinctive diagonal-braced appearance.
