The Citadel – Located next to Cavendish Shopping Centre in Claremont, The Citadel is a 6 -storey (30 metres) building with a four-star green green rating. The 2 street facades are clad entirely in pale Namibian granite and give the building an avant-garde feel. The Citadel was completed in 2016.
