Sandton Gate is planned to be a mixed-use precinct overlooking the Braamfontein Spruit along William Nicol. Construction on phase one which commenced in May 2018 will comprise of P-Grade office space of approximately 14 000m2 as well as a gym all surrounded by a landscaped piazza with a coffee shop offering.
