ITowers was developed through a partnership between the developers Tredinnick Botswana and ODE while Appleby’s is the realtor. The development is split into iTowers North (68 metres) and iTowers South (90 metres). iTowers South, which is the tallest building in Botswana at 30 floors and developed at an estimated cost of R270 million and is predominantly a residential building and iTowers North is a mixed use building.
