The Signature is a mixed-use city block on Cape Town’s vibrant Fan Walk currently under construction. “The building is conceived as two independent but integrated blocks, joined with a multi-volume and multi-leveled atrium, providing for public access to retail and shopping at street level,” says architect Darryl Croome of DCA.
